What data do we collect and how?
There are two types of data that we currently collecting: We collect information which you provide us voluntarily through Forms  (Contact Form, etc.). And we collect information when you access our website through cookies.

The information collected from you includes data related to your responses in our forms. We may also collect personal data such as your email address, current location, or any other information you voluntarily give to us.

1) Forms:
At the bottom of our website, we have a form where we record your name and your email address. This form is created in Webflow, a third party app, so that you can contact us. The processing of the data entered into the form occurs exclusively based on your consent. You have the right to revoke at any time any consent you have already given us. To do so, all you are required to do is send us an informal notification via an email to us. More information about Webflow can be found below.

2) Cookies
We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies stored on your computer by your browser. These cookies process certain specific information about you, such as your browser, location data, or IP address.

Such third parties are also obligated not to disclose or use the information provided by us for any other purpose. We obtain contractual commitments (such as the Standard Contractual Clauses) from third parties in order to protect your personal information. In our cases, the third party apps used are Webflow and Google Analytics. How these third parties interact with your data is given below:

a) Webflow
We use the website construction kit system provided by Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (“hereinafter referred to as “Webflow”) for the purpose of  hosting and displaying websites which are processed on our behalf. All data collected on our website including the personal data through the forms are processed on Webflows’s servers.

Webflow, Inc. based in the USA is certified for the US-European data protection agreement “Privacy Shield”, which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU. However, we would like to point out that this might cause data to be processed outside the European Union, in the United States.
